Speaking Love Too Lightly?

My thoughts for today- raw/unedited First off in this writing I'm speaking of love in the broad sense (such as for acquaintances, employees, teachers, friends, etc.) Refrain from saying I love you when you merely mean I love what you do. Stating I love you implies you can be counted on when help and care is needed. Feel free to say what you mean. For example, "I appreciate you showing up to help each week." "I appreciate your willingness to help." or "Thank you for being so dependable." Consistently stating a meaningless "I love you" is deceitful and a great way to cause a person to feel used. Because... when they come looking for your help you've all but disappeared. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
