Thanks for checking out my blog. Welcome to Living and Learning!
My inspiration to blog stems from a love of writing and belief in the power of shared stories.
I cover all sorts of topics including Relationship With God, Child Development, Adoption, Parenting,
Homeschooling, and Mental Health.
My hope is to inspire, share, and encourage.
I’m a Christian mom who loves sharing life and lessons learned through writing. I have a background in Early Childhood Education and Child Development. At the age of seventeen, I was hired to teach at a local preschool. Years later, I started a Family Daycare in my home. Eventually, I closed my family daycare to fulfill my dream of foster parenting. In the process of fostering a sibling set, they became available for adoption. I adopted 3 children. Being a mom has been the greatest joy of my life.
